Exploring Ancient DNA - Science Week talk with Prof Dan Bradley of Trinity College Dublin

Join us for a special Science Week lecture exploring ancient DNA with Prof Dan Bradley of Trinity College Dublin. This talk will discuss his ground-breaking work of using archaeological and scientific techniques to analyse the remains of three Bronze Age men whose were excavated on Rathlin Island. The discovery showed that one third of their DNA originated from the Black Sea area, helping archaeologists to further understand ancient migration patterns and changes to material culture.
