2016 RDS Craft Awards Exhibition

The RDS Craft Awards Exhibition is an annual showcase for excellence in Irish craft.

A section of the exhibition on Level D in Turlough Park

The RDS Craft Awards Exhibition is an annual showcase for excellence in Irish craft. The competition from which the exhibition draws provides a platform for Irish craftspeople to have their work assessed by an independent, professional judging panel of crafts people.

Visitors view part of the exhibition in the Link Building at Turlough Park

The National Museum of Ireland-Country Life is delighted to exhibit the prize-winning pieces and a number of other high quality works throughout the gallery on levels A, B & D and in the adjoining Link Building until 13th November 2016.

The exhibition is a contemporary expression of high quality craftsmanship, continuing the tradition of craft working in rural Ireland in times gone by.

Contact Noel Campbell ncampbell@museum.ie or Joanne Hamilton jhamilton@museum.ie for information on the Turlough Park exhibition and visit RDS Craft Awards for all other information.
