Welcome to the Bookings Office for the National Museum - Collins Barracks.
All groups that wish to visit the Museum must make a booking in advance through the Bookings Office. Self-Guided visits, where groups can browse our collections at their own leisure, can be booked using our Self-Guided Visit Portal below a minimum of 7 days in advance of the requested date.
Booking is not required for families, individuals, and small social units. Advanced booking is only required for groups exceeding 9 people. This ensures the museum can accommodate the group. However, booking does not guarantee immediate access to specific exhibitions or to the Dead Zoo Lab as gallery capacity may vary.
Primary and Post-Primary Schools, Community Groups and special interest groups are encouraged to browse the web pages linked below or to contact the Bookings Office directly for information on all available tours, workshops and other resources.
