How to book a visit

Should you wish to bring a group of people to the Museum and arrange a special lecture or workshop for them with a member of the Education & Outreach team, then you must book in advance.

Please use the form below to make a booking enquiry. Bookings can only be confirmed by the staff of the Bookings Office, who will issue a confirmation form in writing or by fax or email.

Please check this confirmation form to ensure all the details are as required. Group leaders should present the confirmation form to reception staff on arrival as proof of booking.

Unless stated otherwise, all other events are free of charge and begin at the Museum reception.
