The Museum café offers a wide range of foods. From salads, breads, sandwiches, pasta, and soup, to specialty coffees, muffins, pastries and desserts, we've got something for all tastes.

Opening Hours

The café is open during Museum hours:

• Tuesday to Saturday 10am to 5pm
• Sunday 2pm to 5pm
• Closed Mondays (including bank holidays, Christmas Day and Good Friday)

In addition to Museum opening hours, the café is open on Mondays from 10.00am – 4.00pm, and until 6.00pm on evenings when lectures are being held.

Out-of-hours functions, anything from wine and canapé receptions to sit-down dinners, can be catered for by prior arrangement.

Child-Friendly Café

You will find child-friendly food at Brambles Café and high-chairs are available on request. The café also welcomes mothers who wish to breast-feed their children.

Picnic at the Museum

If you would like to bring a picnic, there are several tables & chairs for your use under the archways on Clarke Square.
