Roísín de Buitléar: Artist in Residence 2018

The National Museum welcomes internationally celebrated Irish artist Róisín de Buitléar as Artist in Residence for 2018

Join Róisín de Buitléar, artist, educator and collaborator, as she explores the National Museum as our Artist in Residence for 2018.

Throughout the year, Róisín will be delving into our collections to develop and produce new work from her studio in the National Museum of Ireland - Decorative Arts & History at Collins Barracks in Dublin.

Connected to her residency, Róisín presents CAUTION! Fragile, an exhibition that celebrates the tradition of Irish glassmaking. This exhibition runs until January 2019 at the the National Museum of Ireland - Decorative Arts & History. Visit the exhibition page for more information.

Róisín will have a diverse public engagement programme planned around the year's residency. Learn about upcoming events here.
