This collection consists of medals, documents, diaries, militaria and personal memorabilia relating to the Volunteer movement of the 1780s, the Repeal movement, the Fenians, the Land War, and political developments of the 20th Century.
As such it overlaps somewhat with the Easter Week and Arms collections.
