Delve into the fascinating world of traditional Irish stonemasonry and experience first-hand the art and craft of letter carving in stone.
Join stonemason and Kilmovee native Dominic Keogh as he discusses the importance of traditional stonemasonry practices in Ireland from dry stone walling, traditional vernacular architecture to ornate buildings like Turlough Park House. Dominic will also demonstrate the techniques involved in stone carved lettering.

Dominic Keogh is a multidisciplinary stonemason and conservation worker. He specialises in traditional stonemasonry, letter cutting, monumental masonry, traditional lime mortars, craft training and the conservation and restoration of vernacular structures.
