23rd May: Biodiversity week: Habitats of Turlough

This interactive workshop will explore the diversity and abundance of life inhabiting our rivers, show how the quality of their habitats are assessed, explore the threats to their habitats and talk about ways that we can protect them. Samples of life in the river will be collected and you will have an opportunity to see everything up close with the Environment, Climate Change and Agriculture Section, Mayo County Council.
