This collection consists of Irish and European lace accessories ranging from the 17th Century to the early 20th Century.
The collection of Irish lace and lace designs is strong from the mid 19th to the mid 20th Century, when specimens were purchased by the Museum directly from lace schools, co-operatives and Industrial Exhibitions across the country.
