The India Freedom Dinner of the Friends of Freedom for India. With President Eamon de Valera of the Irish Republic as the guest of honour, at the Central Opera House, New York, 28th February 1920. De Valera wrote a pamphlet titled India and Ireland, published in New York that year. The common struggle for independence forged a strong link between Ireland and India.
