Sheela na Gig, Drynam, Swords, Co. Dublin

Sheela-na-gig on a pillar which was used as a gate-post at Drynam, Swords Glebe, Co. Dublin.

There are a number of ruined medieval buildings in the general vicinity and the stone may origianally have flanked the doorway of one of them. Another pillar-stone stands beside the church at Tara, Co. Meath.
