Architecture Workshop: Design in Everyday Life

Join architect Stephen Gilmartin for a workshop looking at architecture of the past to design for the future. Good design in everyday life and the future quality and sustainability of our built environment will require young people today. Learn about architectural drawing, design and model making in this two-hour hands-on session.

Set-up: 
Duration: 120 minutes
10 minutes: Introduction to Museum. Housekeeping 
20 minutes: Walkabout, check out architecture styles on the grounds 
Short break
80 Minutes: Workshop design/ model construction 
10 minutes: Conclusion
Availability: Tuesday 18th or Wednesday 19th October 2022        
Times: 10am to 12noon  &  1pm to 3pm
