CRAFT STATION: Make your own St. Patrick's Badge!
Admission Free | No Booking Required
St. Patrick's Badges were traditionally made and worn by children to honour our patron saint, St Patrick, on his feast day on 17 March.
There are lots of examples of these colourful badges on display in the National Folklife Collection.
Have a go at making your own St Patricks Badge similar to those in our collection, using upcycled and recycled materials. This is a self-guided activity with resources supplied by the National Museum of Ireland - Turlough Park.
This is a free event, suitable for adults and children. This takes place in the Education Room on Level C in the Museum Galleries. Please ensure you leave the space clean and tidy after your visit.
