Cruinniú na nÓg: Seed Paper Making Workshop
Admission Free | No Booking Required
Join Fiona Deacy for a hands-on, eco-friendly workshop where creativity meets sustainability! Make your own paper using recycled egg cartons, cardboard and paper packaging.
Decorate your own paper with dried flowers or wildflower seeds to make seed paper which can be planted in the future to grow your very own wildflowers.
This will be a relaxed, drop in workshop with a number of short sessions running throughout the day, beginning at 11am. Each session is small to ensure a more hands-on experience, so places will be offered on a first-come, first-served basis.
All materials will be provided and Fiona will guide participants through the processes involved.
Fiona Deacy is passionate about developing people's connections with the nature in their local communities. Sustainability is central to her workshops and by using natural materials from our local environment as well as recycled material, she gives children and adults the opportunity to explore their creativity whilst at the same time learning about the importance of biodiversity in our communities.
