This July, join one of our panel of freelance guides on a tour of the Museum Galleries, Turlough Park House and Gardens.

Journey back in time and marvel at the innovation and endurance of our rural ancestors through the Irish Folklife Collection on display in the main museum building. Then discover more about the life of the Fitzgerald family and the architectural style of Turlough Park House and Gardens.

Public tours take place at 2pm every Saturday and Sunday throughout the month of July.

Tours start from Reception in the Museum Galleries. Each tour will be announced by Reception. No booking required but spaces are limited and will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.
