Late Night Opening: Treasures from Home: Bring your cherished objects and explore their history with our museum curators
Free
The Changing Ireland galleries at the National Museum of Ireland Collins Barracks, exhibit a huge variety of objects from the 20th and 21st century in Ireland. These objects include Michael Collin's slippers, banned books, ration cards, punk posters, furniture design and Tupperware. The exhibition team would like to invite you to bring in your own personal objects and chat with us about them in the new galleries. These objects could be family heirlooms or your first gig ticket! Here at the National Museum we believe that objects carry stories, come and share yours with us!
