After an incredibly successful debut last year, the St Patrick’s Festival Quarter returns to the National Museum of Ireland, Collins Barracks from March 16 – 18.
The grounds of one of Ireland’s most spectacular and historic heritage sites will feature Tent Mór and Tent Beag, a 3,000 capacity outdoor Main Stage, performance spaces, relaxation areas, a mini-funfair and the Irish Food and Craft Village.
All daytime events will be free of charge, along with the full day and night programme on St Patrick’s Day, supported by Dublin Airport. Night time events on March 16 and 18 will require a pre-purchased ticket that will be valid for the full evening’s programme.
The Festival Quarter will be open to all ages throughout the day from 12pm - 6pm. Under 18s must be accompanied by an adult after 6pm on Friday 17, and it's over 18s only after 6pm on Thursday 16 and Saturday 18.
Just a short walk from the city centre, easily accessible by Luas and bus, and adjacent to Heuston Station, the Festival Quarter will be a bustling hub for locals and visitors alike, from March 16 – 18.

Visitor Infromation:
Museum Access & Opening Hours
There will be no changes to Museum opening hours for the event. However, public pedestrian access will be through Benburb Street only from Tuesday 14 - Monday 20 March inclusive. The Arbour Hill and Luas gate will be closed to the public during this time.
Public Parking
There will be no public parking available at our Collins Barracks site from Saturday 11 - Wednesday 22 March inclusive (except for disabled parking - see below)
Accessible Parking
There will be limited accessible parking available on site for blue badge holders on Saturday 11 - Monday 13 and Tuesday 21 - Wednesday 22 March. Please liaise with the steward at the gate when you arrive.
There are no accessible spaces available in Collins Barracks from Tuesday 14 - Wednesday 15 and Sunday 19 - Monday 20 March, there will be limited accessible spaces available on Arbour Hill instead.
There is no parking in Collins Barracks or on Arbour Hill on event days (Thursday 16 - Saturday 18 March).
Café - Currabinny
Currabinny will be closed to Museum visitors from Monday 13 – Thursday 16, and Sunday 20 – Tuesday 21 March. They will be operating during the event on Friday 17 and Saturday 18. They will resume normal trading hours on Wednesday 22 March.
