Silver penny of SITRIC REX DUBLIN

Sevenchurches or Camaderry, Co. Wicklow This coin represents the earliest Irish coinage. It shows SITRIC, King of Dublin. The style is an imitation of the English Æthelred II design. It was excavated in Glendalough in 2016.
