Unfortunately, the maker of this lantern is not known. This lantern is decorated around the window with small holes that form a close row, punched from the inside surface.

In the space between the two windows is a vertical row of cross shaped slits. The cap is decorated with three horizontal rows of the small holes and two of the cross-shaped slits.
