All groups that wish to visit the Museum, including educational visits, must make a booking in advance through the Bookings Office.
Groups that arrive without a booking may not be able to enter the Museum, or there may be a delay, depending on available capacity.
Groups should allow at least one week's notice for the Bookings Office to process the booking request and check availability for the preferred date of your visit.
Please note, due to weekend visitor volumes, we are unable to accommodate group visits on Sundays. We apologise for any disappointment.
