Classroom Activity: Make a Bird Helmet

Design your own bird helmet inspired by the Samurai Armour on display in the Museum’s ‘Out of Storage’ exhibition

Watch this short video, created by artist Renata Pekowska, where she will show you how to make a helmet in this step-by-step tutorial. This activity requires a variety of different materials, including cardboard, rulers, pens, scissors, glue, clips, colouring pencils and your imagination.
