The Irish landscape lies at the core of my practice, inspiring a quiet subtlety that shapes both form and material. I am drawn to organic structures, natural patterns, repeated textures, and the delicate tonal shifts that mirror the rhythms of place. Through my signature technique of layered paper, I combine hand-dyed sheets with other materials, creating contrasts that speak of fragility and resilience. My armpieces and neckpieces are minimal in form, their muted colours reflecting the tonal variations of land, sea, and stone. This collection invites reflection on conservation, sustainability, and cultural value while celebrating beauty in the everyday. The titles are drawn from a tombola and a special conservation area in Kerry, which continues to deeply inform my work.
